Orange You Glad

“Knock, knock.”  “Who’s there?”  “Orange.”  “Orange who?”  “Orange you glad I didn’t say knock knock again?!!”  When you’re 5 years old, it’s a great joke.  When you’re the parent or grandparent of a 5 year old, it’s still a great joke.  Humour doesn’t have to be sophisticated as far as I’m concerned.

I’m getting ready to go spend a week with my 5 year old grandson.  In addition to brushing up on my jokes, I’m trying to figure out which shoes are the most comfortable for running around.  I expect to be doing a lot of that.

I also have tentative plans to connect with several bloggers over the course of my trip, but I’m not telling you who they are!  (It’s a surprise.)  I’m extremely excited to actually see and hear them “in person”!

So stay tuned for stories about my Excellent Adventure.  I’ll probably have more jokes for you too, that is if you like kindergarten humor.  I’m definitely going to enjoy my refresher course.  XXOO

Outfit details: leopard coat-thrifted and upcycled, scarf-not sure (T.J. Maxx maybe?), jeans-old H&M, boots-thrifted, hat-thrifted, ring-thrifted
